The current version is always available on the website. The brand also reserves the right to refuse service to a client at any time. The brand is not obligated to disclose the reason for refusal to the client.
Orders can be placed via Telegram / Instagram. Pre-order items require full prepayment. Some items are limited and unique and may slightly differ in color, size, or special effects. Before ordering, please carefully check the listed sizes and product description. Pre-order items may include holes, distressed effects, and shortened cuts — these are part of the design and product features.
Our brand is not responsible for errors in the provided shipping information. The accuracy of the information provided is the responsibility of the client.
Full refunds are not provided (see "Returns and Exchanges").
Payment is made only through Privat24 (for Ukraine) or PayPal (for international clients). Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
All pre-order items
are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are unique and cannot be replaced. Exchanges are available for items in stock only if they:
were fully paid for and a manufacturing defect is discovered, with the required proof provided (see "Defect Detection and Procedures");
differ from the item originally ordered (the item must retain its original appearance).
After full payment, returns and exchanges are not allowed, except in the cases listed above.
Returns for Personal Reasons
Our brand works exclusively with limited collections. Each item is produced in a limited edition and is part of a unique drop.
For this reason, returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, color, model, or other subjective reasons) are not allowed.
This restriction is due to the following:
Limited items are not mass-produced;
Returning an item would result in losing its status as a “new limited item,” making resale within the declared edition impossible;
The uniqueness and limited nature of each item exclude the possibility of replacing it with an identical product.
Therefore, returns and exchanges for personal reasons are not possible.
Defect Detection and Procedures
Upon discovering visible defects or differences from the ordered item, the client must notify the brand within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photo or video evidence showing the defect and packaging at the time of receipt. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be considered.
After receiving the request, the brand conducts a review according to internal procedures (including requesting additional photos/videos or organizing the return of the product for inspection). The review takes up to 5 business days (this period may be extended if necessary).
In case of confirmed manufacturing defects, the brand will replace the product within 10 business days after confirmation (this period may be extended if necessary).
Note: This policy does not limit the mandatory rights of consumers provided by applicable law.
Delivery is carried out through Nova Post. The brand is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage during delivery; responsibility for the product’s safety during transport lies with the delivery service. Delivery costs depend on the selected branch or address.
Your personal data is used exclusively for order processing and delivery. The brand does not share personal data with third parties. Payments are processed via secure systems Privat24 or PayPal.
